Ginger and Citrus Cooler: Pour 1/2 cup of ginger soda over ice, add 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice, and finish with club soda. Garnish with a lime or lemon slice.

Tonic, Lime, and Bitters: Pour tonic (regular or diet) over ice, add a generous squeeze of lime juice and a few shakes of bitters. Stir gently to combine and garnish with a slice of lime.

Pineapple Rosemary Sparkler: Muddle two pineapple chunks and one small rosemary sprig in a glass. Remove the rosemary. Add ice and pour 1/2 cup of pineapple juice over top. Finish with sparkling water and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
