Fresh Lemonade with Honey


This refreshing sipper has just four ingredients, and just enough sweetness to complement the refreshing goodness of lemon.

  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4 to 5 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup honey, or more if you prefer a sweeter drink
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups ice cubes or ice chips


  1. Strain any seeds from the lemon juice and combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Process on the “puree” setting for about a minute. Make sure the honey is completely dissolved.
  3. Server over ice cubes and garnish with thin lemon slices, or cover and store in your refrigerator.
