Healthy Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip



  • 1.5 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. ranch seasoning mix


  1. Place chicken and water into the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  2. Remove water/moisture from slow cooker and shred the chicken using two forks.
  3. Add Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, Greek yogurt, and ranch mix to shredded chicken and mix well.
  4. Place the lid back on the slow cooker. Turn slow cooker on high and heat for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Serve warm, mix well, and enjoy with tortilla chips or crostini.
