Looking for a fun and festive recipe? Our guacamole combines heart-healthy avocados with fresh herbs and veggies.

 

Ingredients:

3 avocados (ripe)
1/2 red onion, finely diced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
3 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp sea salt
Optional: 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced

 

Directions:

  1. Slice avocados in half, remove pits and skin. Place in a large bowl and mash with a fork until desired consistency.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
