Overnight Oats
In honor of National Oatmeal Month, we’re taking a new spin on an old classic breakfast dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a large glass container (such as a mason jar) and mix until combined.
- Seal lid on the container and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with fresh fruit or cocoa bits, or enjoy as is!
