Overnight Oats

In honor of National Oatmeal Month, we’re taking a new spin on an old classic breakfast dish.


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup or honey


  1. Place all ingredients in a large glass container (such as a mason jar) and mix until combined.
  2. Seal lid on the container and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, top with fresh fruit or cocoa bits, or enjoy as is!
