Sugar-Free Cranberry Sauce Recipe


Cranberry Sauce is a Thanksgiving staple, but certain products and recipes are high in sugar and calories. Why not try a healthy alternative this year? This sugar-free cranberry sauce is easy to make and diabetic-friendly.


  • 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Combine the cranberries, water, erythritol, and orange zest in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a gentle simmer.
  3. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the cranberries pop and a sauce forms.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract.
