Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries); fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt, any flavor
- 1/4 cup granola or high-protein breakfast cereal
Directions
- Layer half of the fruit, yogurt and granola/cereal in a small glass.
- Make another layer, ending with cereal and berries on top.
- Serve immediately.
