Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries); fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt, any flavor
  • 1/4 cup granola or high-protein breakfast cereal

Directions

  1. Layer half of the fruit, yogurt and granola/cereal in a small glass.
  2. Make another layer, ending with cereal and berries on top.
  3. Serve immediately.
